Visitors sign out from a link
Each visitor gets a text or WhatsApp with a sign-out link. They tap it when they leave.
We set up your account and contacts for you, so there's nothing technical to sort out.
Forgot to sign out? We'll chase them for you.
At the end of a long day, you shouldn't have to wonder whether the contractor has gone home or is still out the back.

Anyone still signed in gets a reminder to sign out.
7:30pm
If they still haven't, your site manager gets a message.
Midnight
Anyone left is signed out automatically, so tomorrow starts clean.
The visitor gets the first nudge, so your manager only hears about it when it actually needs a look.
Records when you need them
Every sign-in is saved with the date, the time and who it was. If you need your visitor records for an audit or an incident, download them as a spreadsheet in a couple of clicks.
Your visitors also see your site safety rules every time they sign in, and that's recorded too.

How do I keep track of who's on my farm?
Put a QR code sign at your gate and have visitors sign in on their phone. With EverAccess, every sign-in is saved with the time and the visitor's details, and the site contacts you choose get a WhatsApp message straight away.
What can I use instead of a paper visitor book?
A QR code sign-in. Visitors scan a code at the gate with their phone camera, fill in a short form and read your site safety rules. Records are stored digitally and you can download them as a spreadsheet.
Do visitors need to download an app?
No. They scan the code with their phone camera and it opens a web page.
Does everyone need WhatsApp?
Your site contacts do, so they can get alerts. Visitors choose whether their sign-out link comes by text or WhatsApp.
What if there's no reception at the gate?
Visitors need mobile coverage where they scan. Put the sign where there's signal, like the main entrance or the yard.
How much does EverAccess cost?
From $34.99 a month on an annual plan, or $41.99 a month paid monthly, excluding GST. That covers 2 site contacts and 400 visitor sign-ins a year. The 4-contact plan is $54.99 a month on an annual plan or $65.99 paid monthly, with 500 sign-ins a year.
Do I have to set it up myself?
No. We set up your account, add your site contacts and send you your sign.
Do I need to keep a record of visitors to my farm?
The Health and Safety at Work Act expects you to manage risks to everyone on your farm, including visitors. Knowing who's on site, and making sure they've seen your safety rules, is a practical part of that, and a visitor record is the easiest way to show it.
Will EverAccess make my farm compliant?
It gives you a reliable visitor record and makes sure visitors see your safety rules. It's one part of your health and safety, not the whole thing.
Is EverAccess only for farms?
No. It works for any rural or outdoor site where people come and go, including agricultural contractors and other remote sites.
